@nickpapagiorgio We can do four colors, so I'm thinking Navy, White, Black, and one other. Either Forest Green or Merlot. What do you guys think?

Thanks for the response.  Belated reply:  I'd vote for forest, if it's in that deep shade you made for the Luchino (rather than the more common tone that's just a shade or two darker than Kelly green).  That said, I'd probably grab a merlot as well though.

No love for the Navy Donegal? That electric blue fleck is hot fire.

Also I have a suspicion that the sleeper hit of the entire batch is actually a Bronze Herringbone Flannel suit.

Ah--I took his response out of context--was referring to the Pique polo he posted on Instagram a while back.

Two recent wilshire fits, both with American trench socks

I'm also leaning towards the Forest. I love the oxblood but can't see myself getting enough wear out of it. The cranberry grey guncheck is a close second.

No funds or need for another sport coat right now but I was just perusing and thinking the same thing. That bronze herringbone would be super useful. Definitely a sleeper.

I love that Navy donegal color. But I am waiting for a Southwick to come in to ensure sleeve length. Once I get that in I am going to totally hop onto a Navy Donegal next. :-)

Thee are my first pair of EP sneakers, so if they all fit like this then I'm in trouble (also have size 13 saddle tennis trainers coming soon). But I will say that all my other size 13 sneakers I own fit larger than these (Buttero, Converse, New Balance). I'll post some comparison shots soon to show the size difference. Maybe since this was a special order size it ran smaller than the stock sizes for some reason?

My sneakers feel a bit bigger than my normal ones from Epaulet. I dont mind though at all.

Mike @Epaulet, do you think its hard for the tailors to shorten the sleeves for the field jacket?

I love the field jacket and plan to order the loden one. However, the sleeves length worries me.

I bought an Essex denim jacket and the sleeves length is 1.5 - 2 inch too long for me. And base on the measurment chart, the length of the field jacket is even 0.5 inch longer than the Essex.

If it were Southwick prices I would have grabbed 3 sportcoats. Yeah that cranberry is amazing. Is it me or are these jackets shorter? Good thing it was MTO.

Mike,

Was out last week so sorry if I missed this, but re: the Field Jacket, I have two questions:

1. Is the loden moleskin he same fabric as used for the MTO Walt trousers? I got those and it's a super luxe fabric. I guess I'm wondering if I could go full loden caz suit.

2. Are there going to be future versions/MTOs/GMTOs/special orders down the road for this field jacket?

Thanks!

I saw that @Epaulet beat me to it but I was going to recommend the 41 as well. I've now got a closet full of the Southwick sportcoats from Epaulet in 41 and that's worked great. It sounds like I have similar measurements as you and the shoulders of the 41 fit me perfectly and then I usually have the waist let out just a tad to loosen things up a bit.
