EP is doing a good job keeping this under wraps. I've only seen the camo sample, but I'm dying to see how the moleskin options turn out! I believe Mike said they should be available by 11/15.

Hey guys,

1) Field Jacket fabrics are: Grey Moleskin (like the chinos), Loden Moleskin (the best shade of green you could imagine), Scatter Camo (like the chinos), Olive Duck Canvas (like the Doyle)

2) We're full-on packing all of the shoe preorders today. Balance payments are coming in kind of slowly. You can take you time, but if you send it in the next hour then we can get the shoes packed today. We have to start prepping for the SF show tomorrow, so fulfillment is going to move a lot more slowly. If you want unfinished horse / oxblood horse / alabaster calf in a timely fashion, then definitely get your payment done in the next hour.

@Mr Clemson just the Rivet, but the Rivet and Driggs fit are pretty similar. If anything, we have a lot more guys who like the Rivet. I'd recommend getting in the same size.

@stevent not this season, but we've got some rad womens product coming out. Tennis Hi's with a shearling liner are really tight. And the two Stacy London editions drop this week.

Recently there's actually been some discussion at MC Casual about wearing gray flannel trousers casually, which I do all the time. Recommended! I really find that all of my non-formal Walts, like flannels and hopsacks and tweeds, are outrageously versatile.

Also grabbed salt and pepper tweed Walt trousers. Weather is a bit warm unexpectedly here this week so will bust those out next week!

To the office, I wear them quite a bit with a blue doeskin blazer or some of my windowpane or checked sportcoats (tweed and flannel alike). They also get tons of use with just about any style of shirt (university stripes, any solid color but white, tartans, plaids...) and a Shetland sweater. The grey flannel trousers, university stripe OCBD, and Shetland or rag wool sweater is my de facto winter uniform 99% of the time.

Thanks guys. I will give it a try (and remove them from my classified then!!).

Love the new flannels. Not sure if I need the blue - I have the nightshade flannels from a while back which is also bluish. Considering the juniper - will this work with grays and navy, or is it better with earth tones? I don't wear a lot of brown.

@Epaulet   I know you up to your ears in sneakers but what is the planned eta on the leather backpack?

Hmmm...without seeing the photos I think the Loden moleskin might already be the winner in my book.

+1.  Loden the no-look winner.
