I don't think I want to go through my ordering history and see how much I've spent with Epaulet over the last three(?) years, but I would be surprised if I could compare to some of the other people in this thread (I was a bit perplexed at receiving the email, and no notification about the Donegal Rivets). But being overseas, maybe I tend to buy more at the same time than most guys, think this is my first single item buy.

Hey guys,

At the end of Spring, we did an "Extra 25% off all Sale Items" promo, and the response was huge. As a result, we're going to do the same this season in order to clear our our remaining Summer items.

For the "Top Customers," there is no set spending amount. I simply sorted our records to the 100 highest volume customers and sent them the 25% off code two days in advance of the newsletter announcement. It was a way of thanking them and giving them priority access to the deepest discounts.

Now, I'm happy to post the code here for all our Styleforum users:

Summer-Sale-Extra-Discount

You can use this on any items in the sale section. Enter into the last page of checkout. This will go out in tomorrow's morning newsletter, so you guys will get early access today. There's still a good amount of stuff available, and the extra discount is yielding an especially killer price on our navy suede Alden makeup.

Sorry for the poor image quality, I'm stuck in my dorm room today due to the rainy weather, but because of the rainy weather, I busted out my duck canvas rivets. For some reason, these fit me better than the same size in the 8oz rivets I have.

Scary to think that I'm in the top 100....

Loden Suede Eisenhower en route thanks to this. Sizing up on these is a good idea. I really like the Golden Bear jackets, but now have 2 Epaulet (melton and now suede) and 2 from Unionmade (navy and tan, both baracuta-style unlined). Will have to diversify on future purchases...

Hey Mike, just out of curiosity, will it be possible to fall off the "Top Customer" list if one's purchase volume drops out of the top 100 in the future? Or will you just add more people to the list down the road?

I now own enough Epaulet clothing to seemingly last a few lifetimes, so my volume is bound to go down at some point. Maybe it would be good for me if I fall off the list, LOL! (Vass, Barrett SC, and Eisenhower ordered thanks to the sale)

How does the Cooper Chukka fit? I've never bought a Carmina shoe before. Generally wear 11-11.5 in dress shoes...should I go for the pebble?

I don't have those chukkas, but recently bought a pair of string loafers on the same Xim last from Epaulet. The sizing advice on their webpage is pretty spot on, so I would imagine it's the same for these chukkas.

I guess if you plan to wear them in the fall/winter, the pebble grain version makes more sense since it has a rubber sole. I'd pick up a pair if I don't already have enough too many chukka boots as the price is insane right now.

For the Olmsteds. It is getting pretty hard to find Alden make-ups that strike me as truly original these days. Nice work, guys.
