Does anyone have a picture of how the thighs of a pair of pants should be measured? I see on the website it says it's measured "straight across, from the lowest part of the crotch." Does that mean the lowest part when the waistband is aligned, or the intersection of the two seams? Just need a little clarification, thanks.

^ Wondering the same thing myself.

I'll look into that, thanks!  About how long does MTO suiting take with Epaulet?

Self Edge measures like this, straight across at 1" below where inner leg meets crotch. Others measure from where leg meets crotch. This can make a big difference in what the number means in terms of fit.

Been a while since I ordered MTO suiting, but I think it's around 4-6 weeks.

Mike & Co. - any ETA on the EPLA polos? Can you give any hints as to what kind of colors you will be offering?

Loving the EP jeans. Pictured with FF flannel shirt.

NYC guys: Any recommendations for a good dry cleaner who will work with a wool-cashmere Daltrey with suede elbow patches? A drink was spilled on it on NYE. (It's the second one here from last fall.) The fabric's fairly delicate, and there's the suede, too, so it'd need a cleaner who specializes in leather.

No doubt SVB can vouch - I remember you got the Blue/Red in the same fabric from your contest entry.

The flannel is definitely my favorite shirt pickup yet from EP. Can't wait for the Lazio's maiden voyage tomorrow for the new year.

Yes, definitely. The blue/red flannel is probably my favorite Epaulet shirt so far. I may have said this before but being an XS means I have to special order, which might be a little annoying except it means I also get to select stuff like the cutaway collar, so it's actually pretty awesome. I liked mine so much I got one of the other ones for my future brother-in-law for Christmas:

Definitely. Maybe Mike can chime in about this.

Any chance there'll be an ecru or cream oxford fabric in the next round of FF shirts? I'm in need of one and would prefer it to be Epaulet.

Is it possible to special order sizes and options currently?

limited, yes. you can special order a size, and a collar style. maybe cuffs. don't try anything fancy.

but there is a new MTO program in the pipeline that I think everyone will be pretty into. Mike showed me a box of collars a couple weeks ago that looked very promising...
