Thanks for pointing that out to me! Depending on the price point and makeup it's an option I'll consider, I'll monitor that thread from now on. It's just a pity because the rounded toe last, understated stitching and color of the Carmina Burgundy Salinger's is my ideal makeup.

Back to the Wyatt, will it be pricier than the current cowhide version? I'm hemming and hawing about getting something baller (for me at least) for myself towards Xmas

But definitely excited for the new Carmina delivery, hoping there'll be something that'll catch my eye, I'm itching for a fall shoe purchase to pair with some MTO R/Cs.

Oh yes, we've got monks on order - restocks of calfskin and a new scotchgrain model - but I just don't believe we have any shell ones coming in at the moment. We've done a few special order rounds recently in and I've still got some inventory in Burgundy and Navy, so we've got a good amount now. We'll also have the Vass DM's in burgundy calf soon, and those are also rounded toe, double sole, and flat welt. Price on the Vass is about the same as Carmina in shell.

Definitely - we're planning to hook that up shortly!

Hoping to see our first sample in about two weeks. Our first release is going to be a crewneck and a pant: both of which will be done in Japanese heathered fleece. We're planning to make them a middle-heavyweight weave, so they'll be thicker than the typical hoodie, but not psycho thick. They'll all be made here in LA. Our pricing is going to be really competitive too.

Both are good options, but we sell Caramel about 10x as much as Desert. It's a really easy tone to match, and it will show fading very well with wear. You can check out the Caramel Smith Jean to get an idea for how it's going to age.

Yes, the horsehide edition is going to be, I believe, $1195. We'll bring out a calfskin perfecto-styled jacket in cowhide which will be priced closer to the Wyatt. Horse leather is always more expensive due to its scarcity. It's going to be pretty baller!

Thanks a lot for the breakdown, maybe it's time for me to bite the bullet and grab one of these non-shell models, I'm sure the Vass will look great. The Navy Salinger was tempting and happens to have my size, but burgundy truly is my achilles heel.

The Wyatt horsehide jacket sounds intense, what color is it?

Just ordered the Taunton boots. So excited I think I might throw up a little.
Counting the days.

Thanks Mike! How would you compare those models to Schott's?
