How do these run in terms of size? My (tall) wife wears a US 10.5 (41-41.5 in most Euro brands), so it seems like these might be too small--unless they run a little large and that UK 7/US 10 might work.

I, like, don't even know what to say. There is so much good stuff. Not a huge fan of the slate calfskin but, man, everything else looks great. Those boots will break in so nicely I bet.
