Will they be open tomorrow? Aren't they closed Sundays?

For urgent questions you guys may want to give them a call.

Plans changed today so didnt end up making it out. Gonna miss out on tax paid for saturday

For the guys that have had rivet chinos tapered, do you have the alteration done to both seams, or just the inseam?  I want to get a pair tapered down to about 7.5" but I don't know if the inseam only alteration would mess up the balance.

Thanks!

Stopped by Epaulet. I love the area, lots of small boutiques and coffee shops around. Good foot traffic. Picked up some Rip Stops in Chocolate/Grey, UK Donegal Walts in Navy and Chocolate Suede Belt.

I was able to see the VASS in Scotch Grain, very nice. Mike and Adele were awesome. I think SVB took some photos, he may post some later.

I wish I still lived in So Cal ..

Those brown punched capt toe look great, what are they, and is it online?

That must have been you, badsha, giving me sizing advice of the jacket cuffs! Good to meet you.

Picked up an OCBD and knit tie. Location is fantastic, very inviting and fun atmosphere. Also a huge plus to go in and get sizing on everything hammered out in one go. Will make future orders so easy now.

Great to finally meet Mike in person too. Stand up guy.

Adele & Mike! Congrats on the new store … it looks great!! Thank you so much for all your help and hospitality!

Just stopped in with the wife to check out the new store and picked up a pair of dove gray Walts … ya know, since I was there wink.gif. Nice to see a few SF'ers there as well!

I think Captoes are the Brown Ellison's from Epaulet. They looked pretty damned good in person. Color was rich.

3-4 SFers were there including me. Others stopped by earlier. Some are probably there now.

Nice meeting you too wj4. It was great meeting everyone. Very happy to try on the vass and a couple of other pieces. I behaved, walked out with 2 luchino polos. The Luchino shirts are special. i dont think pictures do these justice, they are a must have in real life. I got the navy, it'll work with most of my rivets and walts. Oisin is to blame for me getting the green one.
The store is exactly what you would expect from mike and Adele. I know I'm preaching to the choir, but they provide the best customer service. they love what they do and it shows. Mike also "knows everything there is to know about the shrimping business."
I might bring my own lawn chair next time I visit. I can geek out talking to mike and co about shells, matching pebbled grain accessories, walts, soft shoulders, upcoming eggplant cotton trousers... I had a wonderful time, I'm sorry I missed argentino, svb, and other regulars but I had to leave early.
That's right, epaulet Santa Monica already has regulars.

Thanks! If my tailor puts proper cuffs on them you won't see the white tape. I just rolled them up today to get a feel for fabric.

MrDV, you're right about those polos. My wife called me over to those on the table and commented specifically on the fabric. Might have to reconsider them; I'm normally not a polo man...
