I size up and get the waist taken in on pretty much all my Epaulet pants.

Try ordering a size up to compare before letting them out.
Totally agree about needing more... volume.

THIS IS HAPPENING

First day shooting. Leaning back too far in this photo, but had a great time, and hit some birds even.

Make sure you wash it after. Gunpowder + lead residue and all.

Any other Alden boots with a commando sole on tap for the fall??

Thinking about ordering the Innsbruck Indy but for some reason I have never been a major fan of the white stitching.

Thank you for the help!

^ The white stitching will fade/darken with wear and care. If you use polish on your CXL, it'll take on the color of the polish the first time you use it. If you don't use polish, and, like me, just use a neutral cream, It'll darken and become a natural part of the boot:

I think Mike has a pair of OG 405s where he tonal'ed out the stitching. These are 403s from Epaulet (no longer in an apt with orange walls thankfully). 4 years of wear -- my first Epaulet purchase. If I could have made them the Innsbruck Indy, you bet I would have.

I'm late to the party since Rob did this already, but gotta rock the suit at least once.

Thanks, Frank!

I love this! An insane camo suit with a conservative double monk and white shirt. You're wearing this really well!

Thank you sir! The seat can be let out without a problem on the ripstops, up to about an inch and a half at the top. If you like that color (since we don't have the size up), then I would recommend doing that.

For future orders, go for the 33 and have the waist taken in a bit. You'll get a great, customized fit that way.

The Cognac might be my favorite. That leather is really freaking radiant. We'll get a grey and navy fit pic going next week. As guys buy them in-store, we'll try to take pics of them outdoors.

Hell yeah! I'm stupid excited for our skeet shooting team. I'll see if I can make it next week. Tomorrow is my official first day in Santa Monica! We're still well on track for a Aug 20-25th opening.

We've done some other commando sole styles, but nothing like the Innsbruck. If we've got your size, then I'd suggest picking it up sooner than later, they're moving pretty fast. The Innsbruck design is only a few tweaks on the stock Indy 403, but it looks brilliant in person. The gold eyes and commando sole really work. And as applky wrote, that white stitching will become less prominent with time. A touch of dark brown shoe polish will darken it up immediately. I've had customers bring Innsbrucks and Indy 403's directly to a cobbler to have the white moc-toe and white welt stitching polished. It only costs a few bucks and they've got the range of polish on hand to really closely match the upper leather and the welt color.

Are the new Alden Salzburger Shortwings indeed on the Aberdeen? The pictures look very Barrie-like.

Welcome to Santa Monica, my home town!

SVB was looking good out there today. Skeet team is going to be off the hook.

Breaking clays in Epaulet Walt madras shorts and camp mocs.

Yup, we ordered the same pattern as the Aberdeen stock shortwing that we carry.

And I've got one more sneaker fit photo for everyone. The Rivet Chinos are our new dark brown duck canvas, which will be online in the next day or two. It's killer!

Whoa, those look killer with the dark brown duck canvas...I may have to place an order for that new duck color instead of the chocolate ripstops. I love me some duck canvas. If I place a special order for those, is there any chance I can get a pair in moss or desert as well? I've been waiting a while for those colors to come back in stock, I'm hoping they might be at the factory soon with fall right around the corner.

I remember how badly my shoulder hurt when I first started to learn to shoot...double barreled shot...I sprayed EVERYWHERE the first few times. I was an ace with the .22 from the start though. Must have been all the practice as a teenager with the bb gun.

Today I was horsing around in the Blue Gingham in the Boogie Down:

Nice pics. The cognac pair does look good in those pics. How did you boys size them compared to say your Carminas?

The sport trainers are looking good. I notice though that for all of them there is no size US12/EU44.5 ... Is that a glitch in the system - or did they already sell (or were they not ordered)?
