@Epaulet - Thanks for the advice RE cold water & stretch on the denim point collar. I got almost all the sleeve length back. Not quite so much on the shirt length, but that wasn't as big of a deal. The shirt is in good shape now. fing02[1].gif

When did the new fit start? How can I tell which one I have?

I love my rivets, I just wish they had a higher rise so my shirts would stay tucked.

I have Walts as well, but I would probably just prefer a rivet with a higher rise.

^ afaik, the new model actually doesn't have rivets.  they're horn buttons.

Before and After contest trousers came in today and they are as awesome as expected.  Headed to the tailor on Friday, can't wait to start wearing them. Thanks again.

Yep and also have fabric in the waist to be let out.

Have a couple pair of Rudys I hardly wear that I'm considering having converted into the Walt fit (which I love). Worth the trouble (really love the marled wool on one of them)? Or just sell them.

Just a little PSA, but we took some further markdowns and put a few more things on sale. Here's a few standouts:

Carmina for Epaulet Sinclair Saddle Shell Cordovan and Scotchgrain - $450

Epaulet Superfine Merino V-Neck Spruce Marl - $99

Epaulet Superfine Merino Polo Sweater Navy - $110

You can check out everything else here: EPAULET SALE

If you love the fabric and it's something that you don't think you'll be able to get any time soon, then it's absolutely worth it.

White ducks today:

Trousers from contest arrived!

Just a couple questions, hopefully I didn't miss anything pertinent:

Will there be any leather Alden Alt Wiens on the horizon?

Any chance of a peak lapel blazer or suit?  Peak lapel double-breasted would be baller.  I guess I'm not sure if this falls into the Epaulet style of things.

They all ready have a peak lapel double breasted blazer 'the Barrett ' and the LBM jacket is eggshell. They also do custom orders on that too that you can make in various fabrics.
