Do all the Gitman shirts you all are getting in for fall have button down collars or do you have any with the short, non-button-down collar?

They'll be after we get back - I anticipate receiving them around the 23rd. The Gitman shirts might happen before, but we're still waiting on them to ship us.

Actually those chinos are gorgeous too. Any possibility of doing a run of size 27s in the future? If not a belt would probably work just as well.

Good stuff.

Oh cool! Yes, our shirts will definitely work for you in either XS or S. And we're not setup to do 27's in our chinos, but I have had several customers buy 28's and be happy with the fit. It's pretty close to the body, so a belt works great.

We've got one model - Blue Chambray - coming with a point collar. Several of the will have club collars too.

Hey everyone,

We're back with what has become a seasonal tradition - the Epaulet x Styleforum collaborative shirt poll! We search out some insane fabrics, you guys vote on your favorite colors/patterns, and we make up the most popular choices.

For this edition, we've got two brand new Japanese fabrics - a "Tea-Washed" variant of last season's popular Doublefaced cloth, and an absolutely insane printed Pima Cotton corduroy.

I'm really impressed with these fabrics, and I'm sure that they're going to make up into beautiful shirts. Be sure to visit the threads and vote!

I have a Gitman Vintage cotton madras shirt from this season that fits well in size S. How will the sizing of these new shirts compare? Should I go with a S?

I've seen this...it's really nice. Might be my first Gitman shirt.

So can we get these new shirts without the buttondown pocket?? Not sure how everyone feels but I would prefer without, just my 2 pennies...

I am pro-buttonpocket.

Any news on this? I was going thru my wishlist today and noticed I had the white and black FPxLiberty polos on there.

YES! Actually they're the only Liberty pieces that I picked up. We should get them in September.

We'll also get a small run of the brick red Made in UK Fred Perry Harrington. Thing is mod as hell.

Do they fit like the MiE polos? I noticed on fredperry.com that they're sized 36, 38, 40, etc.

question regarding the fit of my "rudy" trousers: i really dig the fit, but i get some wrinkling along the thigh while seated. does this mean i would be best suited for the "walt" ones? i don't think i have above-average sized thighs, but i'm not quite sure what the wrinkling while seated means. thanks for your help.

I believe that they're made in Portugal, which means they'll be comparable to the MIE, but a bit slimmer at the bottom. I'll let you know once I get it confirmed. They're bad ass.

Hmmm, that's tough to say. It would depend on what fabric you're wearing. PM me your details and a quick fit pic of you standing in them if you can.

And here you go: You can see the ever-so-slightest bit of cream herringbone twill on the outside of the left-leg cuff in this pic. I love that detail.

My t-shirt is tucked in too, which SF seems to abhor, but you get a better idea of the fit. Incandescent lighting, unfortunately, but as you can see, they're quite slim-fitting, which is just my speed. These chinos are just unreal. I've stopped looking elsewhere; I just wait to see what Epaulet comes up with.
