I was thinking along the lines of the shoe recently discussed in the MTO thread. Rain Last I believe.

And.. what shoes are coming in this delivery?! I'm not a boot guy.

Is the dove grey gingham shirt not available for special order, or was it just left off the drop down? Was going to venture into my first special order shirt with that.

Also what do you guys think, grey merino side tabs or the grey hopsack? I need some more grey trousers in my life.

I just got back from 3 weeks in Spain and England. Good times. Here are a couple pics -- out before dinner in Bilbao (air force flannels pants, Caine sport coat, Hawthorne Carmina loafers) and one of two pair of Carminas I bought in Spain with the air force flannels (I found the caramel calf double monks on sale so had to jump on those, and have been wanting a pair of black monks too). I had a bunch of shit stolen in Barcelona so only iPhone pics. If you want to see the travel pics you can take a look on my instagram (rus_in_urbe).

oisin, I'm sorry you got in that accident. I might find myself (and my SO) in Barca later this year and I'll definitely be careful.

Is that a Caine in hopsack you're wearing? I'm wondering if I could wear it with the airforce flannels I already have since the texture is quite different on them.

As for the dove gingham, I definitely saw it earlier in the dropdown. It may have sold out.

thanks. Yeah be careful in Barca -- it is one of the biggest cities for pickpocketing and having stuff stolen. I thought I was but obviously not enough. But also it can just be bad luck. It's otherwise a very cool place.

It is the Caine hopsack. I think it goes well with the air force flannels as they are light enough in color and have enough grey and other colors in them to contrast well enough with the navy hopsack. Texture wise I think it is ok too. You can see the same basic outfit I was wearing here from the before / after contest.

I'm wearing the grey hopsack right now - they're awesome.  Great weight and color with an interesting texture.  I haven't seen the grey merino in person, but it seems like the hopsack is more versatile in dressing up or down.

Here's a terrible picture of the factory find napoli jacket in the blue herringbone hopsack. The herringbone is a tiny bit more pronounced IRL. This napoli jacket's comfort level is unreal. This is straight out of the box, btw, hence the few wrinkles:

By the way, what's the best method to get a sharp crease out of the canvassing? Thinking a tailor (top right of the jacket, near the shoulder)

Will this include direct deliveries from carmina to euro preorder customers, or are those going out at a later time?

Dude! Sorry to hear about Barcelona. The only time I've ever gone the buddy I was with had his debit card knocked off after using it at an ATM. Go figure. Hope you didn't lose anything irreplaceable (though it sounds like you did lose something expensive, at least, if your camera is gone...).

The double monks looks really good in london-approved black.

Really sucks having things stolen on vacation. Barcelona is one of my favorite cities though even with the pick pocketing. I think Mexico City and Cairo are the worst placed I've experienced with this. Literally have to have hands in pockets they were so brazen....
Great pics by the way.
