I'm going to try to use "malcontent" in half of my sentences this week.

You can tell by how Mike talks about clothes that there's almost nothing in the world he'd rather be doing.

In my pajamas now...one of those days.

No wonder those LBM blazers cost what they do.  Awesome!

Or the clay or caramel. Really soft, and incredible colors.

Mike:

Regarding that 3 button single breast version of the Veneto that was posted a few pages back, is that going to be a long term item in the epaulet outerwear line? I want both the double breast and single breast but won't be able to afford both at the moment so I was thinking of getting the double breast this year since its not going to be made again and then getting a single breast around August or September next year. But if the single breast is also going to be phased out, the I'm going to have to pass on the double breast

I've been drooling over the selection of Walts for some time now, and I'm seriously thinking of pulling the trigger. I do have a concern however, everyone I see posting pictures here is much younger than I and much thinner. I'm an older less than trim guy who's lived in pleated Bill's forever, maybe I'm going through a late mid life crisis, but I find myself enjoying the bright trimmer looks I see here.

Any thoughts, any other 60+ on here?

I'm thinking about replacing my old OCBDs with some from Epaulet. Anyone care to share their experiences with shrinkage after wash on Epaulet OCBDs (especially in the sleeve and collar)?

I machine wash mine and hang and I haven't noticed any shrinking

I completely agree with all of these recommendations. Usually dudes pick up the navy, gunmetal or khaki canvas first, then the caramel duck canvas. Really can't go wrong with any of them.

We keep them in stock most of the time. I don't know if we've ever had them on the site, but we certainly will soon. Always more than welcome to do a phone/email/PM order if anyone wants to pick a pair up.

Thanks for posting up the video!

I hope that the same goes for everyone at Epaulet. We really love what we do and that you guys dig it so much! Eternally grateful to all of you guys.

Thank you, sir! I can almost guarantee you'll love the trousers. From reading the threat/checking out the site I'm sure you've seen the Walt and the Rudy. Our customer base is quite eclectic. Not sure if any guys are 60+ on this thread, but we have a lot of dudes shop with us in store! I like to think they enjoy our garments because we put as much (or more) thought into them than companies did in the "golden age" or American manufacturing.

The shrinkage will be very minimal, if any. Cold washing and hang drying works the best for any quality cotton garment, as well as dry cleaning.

And I realized it has been a while since I posted up a fit pic. Been trying to think "outside the box" a little lately.
