Looks like one of the filters available on many apps such as Instagram and Line Camera to me.

Or just really, really bad white balance and a dollop of chromatic aberration.

Yes, it's a mobile app called Snapseed that I've taken to playing with. I do play with higher contrast, saturation, and white balance. It's not a set filter, but rather a custom sequence that I've taken to enjoy and result in the same type of image for my various Alden shots.

Poorly? I like it, but to each their own.

NYR, I'll post or pm you an unaltered image to compare. The shoes do have their own really unique burnished effect that just naturally runs through the leather. Beauty of CXL.

Have any rivet owners ever tapered them at all? I feel like from the knee down there is a bit more frantic than I like. I can't tell if I should consider tapering them or if they are still too long and thus not falling correctly.

I've tapered a couple of my summer rivets as I wear them with no break...if I can dig up somne photos I'll post, but I know they posted one of one of the dudes who got one of his tapered...

Thanks. I would love to see a pic if possible

I had these tapered, but the roll may not show how well they fall: Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

And these were tapered: Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Nothing crazy skinny, but since they were meant for summer wear I felt it was appropriate to have them a little slimmer in the leg.

Hope that helps.
