Speaking of which that Gitman Vintage Aloha shirt is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I don't think I can wear Gitman. :censored:

I'm kind of tempted to get the aloha shirt for an upcoming trip to Hawaii. But would you guys wear that aloha under normal circumstances?

Totally. I love crazy prints on shirts. My favorite shirt right now is my Epaulet Strawberry Thief. Doesn't get much louder than that. :slayer:

Guys, there going to be some new Short Sleeve drops for us warm weatehr guys?

Yes, but probably not for a little while. I'd say late April or so.

But we'll do plenty of lighweight long sleeve styles that are great for LA. Most guys in hotter climates seem to prefer really light L/S's over S/S's, so we tend to concentrate on that. Got Sunspel going up later today though - definitely check that stuff out.

Well, it's definitely ace for Hawaii. But yeah, Aloha shirts are a pretty classic and fun print. I like them with chinos and shorts. In Japan, they're very much a part of the denimhead community, and you'll often see guys wearing them with selvedge jeans and workboots.

The Gitman one is pretty unique. It's a very lightweight and soft cotton that works as a true Aloha shirt without being the typical poly or rayon synthetic blend. I've looked at buying Aloha fabric before, and this is nicer than anything that I could find.

All circumstances are aloha shirt circumstances -- as long as the shirt fits, and most aloha shirts don't. Obviously, the Gitman one will. I'd go for it.

I have the heavyweight olive - the brown vs green cast depends on the lighting, but it's a pretty brown olive in outdoor light. The outdoor pictures on the site are a good basis to judge on.

I have the suit separates in midnight and grey. They're a little light weight for the season, but I break them out every time the mercury hits fifty. The jacket fits beautifully with a narrow shoulder and slightly shorter body that looks modern/retro. The pants, of course, look great.

Wearing it with a w mtn geometric jacket, forest green cords, and danners. thanks mike

Should be in the next week or two. Can't wait for this chino restock, and you guys will be the first to know.

The Olive heavyweight has a bit of a brownish tone to it, while the Olive service pant is a straight-up, dark military olive color.

Thank you sir! Let me know how it works out.

Thank you! You'll love this shirt, the fabric is really light and excellent for warm weather. The color is killer.

And hey guys, I've got some new pictures to show. I've been recently re-discovering my love for film photography. I spent seven years working in it at Lomography, so it's good to get back to my photo roots. All of these shots were taken with the Olympus XA camera. If you're in the market for a camera, you can get one of these on Ebay, nearly new, for around $100. I can't recommend it enough.

Me and Adele. I'm wearing the Epaulet purple/brown gingham shirt, she's wearing the women's Fidelity peacoat that we carried this past Fall.

Matt in the Daltrey Donegal Tweed jacket and an old-school Epaulet chambray shirt (Fall '09 I believe)
Dylan in the Caine Hopsack Jacket and striped oxford Ashland shirt

Adele in a gonzo Prada Cowichan sweater (actually made in Canada, with a faux fur collar) and our Fall '10 Gitman Vintage for Epaulet tartan shirt (size XS).
