Hey guys (and Mike):

I really like the way that Epaulet's wool/cashmere pants drape. IME, Cotton/linen pants drape differently from wool - not as "smoothly" as I would like.

I haven't had any experience with tweed and flannel pants before. To those of you who have: would you say that tweed/flannel drapes more similarly to wool, or cotton?

Since it is wool, it will drape more closely to the wool/cashmere. You're right, cotton and linen do have a different drape, seems the air holds them up a bit more where as the wool falls more naturally.

What's the general consensus on the quality of Epaulet belts?

I have a couple chromexcel belts, and they're the real deal. They'll last for years and only get better with wear.

Quite good for the price. I had the stitching come out of one near the buckle, but that was easy to fix.

I have 4 Epaulet belts (brown CXL, natty CXL, western print, and unfinished bridle leather), and I have been wearing them constantly for the past year and a half, and they're even better now than the day I bought them.

I bought the chocolate dress belt from the newest round. It feels substantial and looks great, though, as it's new, I can't speak to its durability.

I have 2 of them and they're great!

Corduroy Tweed Chino as the ultimate way to start 2013?

Hey, it could happen.

Eyeing some Epaulet sport coats...got a few questions for those who have them.

1. Do the different models (Caine, Weller, Daltrey) have different fits or does this just refer to details like pockets, vents, etc.?

2. Anyone have both an Epaulet jacket and Brooks Brothers Milano fit? How does sizing compare?

3. Oatmeal tattersall - is the background of this one more gray or tan? Says cream on the website but looks almost gray on my screen.

YES -- if that fabric still exists, that is...

I remember asking Mike about that fabric earlier this year and he said it was tapped out. He's pulled off some sleight of hand before, however...

Hey guys need some help. I want to buy my first pair of Walt wool/flannel trousers, anyone have experience how they compare with Regiment twill trousers? Looser, snugger, or the same? BTW, I am a size 30.

Thanks a lot.
