Is there any way to get the moleskin walts in a Rudy cut? Was hoping to see them listed on the new preorder page, but they're not there.

Sorry to nag, but just wanted to check in on this. I know the deadline for the pre-orders is the 15th and it doesn't look like the moleskins have been added yet.
sungmineyo you might want to try a 30. I wear a size 29 in J Crew chinos and in raw denim, and my sz30 rivets are perfect (for reference I'm 5'10", 145-150 lbs)
Pants sizes pretty much don't really matter anymore. Also, where the pants sit on your hip will also dictate the size of the waist (this is called the rise of the pants). You should measure a pair of pants you have and then compare it to the measurements on the site. That should help a bit.
This little project has been in works for almost a year. We partnered with Spiewak to put together a custom edition of their classic N3-B parka. They're one of the last remaining US brands (maybe actually the last one?) that still do production here in the States. Most of their US-made production goes to the Japanese market. I love these jackets, but it's difficult to find one that's (1) made domestically like they used to (2) has the genuine fur ruff and (3) doesn't fit like a hefty bag mating with a hot-air balloon.
As such, we decided to make our own. It fits great (just size it according to the instructions online). It's warm as hell. It's rain, sleet, hail, and snow resistant. It's nearly bulletproof. It has a bunch of little tweaks (olive liner, horn buttons, american flag patch inside, marled acrylic hood pile). And it has one really important tweak. The fur ruff zips off. If you've ever owned one of the real fur variants of this jacket, you know that cleaning it is a bitch. Spill something on the coat and you're out looking for (and paying for) a cleaner that handles fur. With this, just zip the ruff off and dry clean as usual.
We made 60 units total for the season. The sizing goes down to 32 (about a true 34R), so this is a great opportunity to get one of these jackets if you take a smaller size.
I had an idea for this one. Why not make a sportcoat out of the heavyweight wool used for an overcoat? The result is awesome! It's about the weight of Harris Tweed, and you can wear it as a real outerwear piece. The hand on this Italian wool is incredible too.
Here's a cool piece that's a bit Italiano style. A really plush and luxurious wool/cashmere mix in a Fall-friendly tattersall of oatmeal and frost blue tones.

Sorry to re quote but damn, this is making me think I should pick this up.... What materials are used? down? I'm wondering if this can withstand the Toronto temperatures of -20 C to -30 C sometimes..?
edit.. 100% Nylon shell with 100% Acrylic hood liner and 100% Polyester thermo-fill Edited by 7_rocket - 10/12/12 at 11:13pm
Is the blue/white stripes extra fine merino wool scarf ever going to be restocked? I was just trying to pick it up with the link I had saved, but it's not on your site anymore.

I am very interested in this parka. I think it looks great.
Questions: I gather that the hood does not zip off with the fur ruff? Also, how does it fit over a sport coat? Would you recommend sizing up to fit over a SC?
