BD collars would be fine, but I'm also with Stanley w/r/t getting them in some more basic collars (i.e. white and light blue). I'd also be really interested in some sort of a steel grey, but I understand this isn't an ongoing poll for any and all ham and eggers to give you their wish list of colors they'd like to see.

Speaking of shirts, more prints, please. You guys pick some really great ones, so I'd really like to see you crank out more prints this fall.

Mike, ever think of doing western shirts? Got an idea. If this is too nutty, just tell me to crap in a hat:

• Western shirt
• Liberty fabric
• Club collar

Was thinking something along the lines of the shirt design of the left and right pics with the fabric in the middle:

Simplico what size did you go with in the Emerald Walt as compared to the Rudy? Did you have to size up?

In the Rudy fit I am somewhat between a 33 and a 34, and I have been able to get a good fit with both, depending on the fabric. With linen, for example, the 34 is better, since it seems to fit a little more closely, especially after laundering, But with the canvas trousers, which seem to fit more loosely, the 33 works well. All my regiment twill trousers are in size 34, although I did shrink them a little in the dryer for a better fit. In any case, my waist is closer to a 33.

With the emerald Walts, I got a 34. I don't think there is any way that a 33 would have worked. I did not shrink them in the dryer, of course, so I did have to have the waist taken in. That is simple enough. Then I just needed a little room from the inseam in the thighs. As I said, I think it worked, although the fit does look slightly different than my other regiment twills. I would probably try this again if there was a need. That might be more than you wanted to know, but I hope it helps.

Thanks, Mike. Another thing that I should have mentioned about these trousers is that I received at least three spontaneous compliments on them from women during the course of the day. Two of these women were attractive (OK, one of them was a friend, but still.) I think you guys should consider getting a pair.

Alden Milkshake Indy Boot, made exclusively for Epaulet.  Just arrived in the mail today, and I think I may have snagged the last one.  

Does anyone here have this boot?

It's gorgeous, but I'm afraid to wear it for fear of smudging/staining/scuffing it.  Advice???

I think someone here might have that boot.

French Blue 10 oz Duckies:

Epaulet madras shirt and cloud Regiment Twill Trousers (and chromexcel belt).

They'll look better a bit beat up. AGain with my white bucks, I protecte them like my children until the inevitable, and I wish i hadn't, they're so much more bad ass with the scuffs. And this is exponentially more true for an Indy boot.

How easy do you think it would be to wear the DB navy jacket as a true sportcoat? Like with some grey flannels or something?
