I know you do custom orders for Rudy trousers... what about custom orders for XS shirts with 14" collars instead of 15"? I almost always wear a tie, and these would be too big for me, which makes me sad. All of these fantastic fabrics that I'll just never be able to wear.

Am I correct in thinking the Regiment Walts are pretty similar to the "base" twill / cotton Rivet Chinos with slightly different measurements? If so, I think I have quite a few size 32 Rivets I will be offloading in B&S as I replace them with the regiments. The more casual cotton fabrics are what I generally wear, but the Walt fit with the slightly higher rise just works so much better for me...finally get to have the best of both worlds.

Caramel duck chinos...got em today from Rob and couldn't wait to put em on!

Awesome! Glad they found a good home. Look like a great fit on you. Your Air Force blues were worn out of the package yesterday for some errands as well...smile.gif

is there still going to be a restock of the Moss Bedford Cords at some point? I've been wanting a pair of those forever, but if there are no plans for any restocks, I may go for the Moss cotton Walts instead

Hey guys,

Thanks for all of the orders today! Business in our stores has been gonzo today too, and everyone's been loving the new product. Thanks so much for all of your enthusiasm and support!

Few notes from me:

1. The Regiment Twill used in the Walts is pretty similar to the old-school Gunmetal and Moss that we used to use in the Rivet Chinos. It's a great cloth. The weight is medium and good for year-round wear, it's preshrunk, and it's color-fast. It's a US fabric with a very fair price, and I'm really happy that we were able to offer these at $150. You guys will love it in person.

2. The Optic White chino can and will completely light your ass on fire. It's so good. White jeans are cool, but kind of heavy for really warm days. White pants are elegant, but you have to delicate with them. IMO Duck Canvas is a perfect cloth for a casual white trouser. You can wash and wear the hell out of it, and getting stains and marks is all part of the process. And check out the whole look:

We will restock this, but it's going to be a ways off. Probably September or so.

In terms of the Cotton Walts, we'll start taking Rudy preorders on these the first week of April for delivery at the end of the month. Not sure if we can cut Rudy's in every color, but we should be able to do the core ones (khaki, navy, gunmetal, moss) without a problem.

The new pants look great. I am eyeing that moss color.

I gotta say this, and Mike you know:

I got two little kids, who eat and get shit ALL OVER everything, especially come summertime when its all ice cream and spumoni...don't be afraid of this color. The nicks are all part of the process, like suede bucks. Sure they look cool spankin' new, but its when they get those character scuffs that they truly become unique and "yours". Mine are already en route in 33. I also picked up the floral chambray to rock with it...

Did you order the size 33 while it was sitting in my cart??? I actually had reserved a pair but found out afterwards (I was going to just order from the website and then cancel the reservation) that I was too far down the reservation list so didn't get a pair in 33. Ended up getting a pair in 32. I think it'll fit either off the rack or with a waist let-out.

I also got that speckled cream shirt. It looks to be perfect for both the plum and french blue rivet chinos.

My thought exactly.

I think I bought 10 pairs of trousers in the last 6-8 weeks.

I also want to visit NYC, but I fear of going to the store in person. Well my bank account fears, not me.
