Hope I'm not speaking out of turn, but I was lucky enough to see some of the Neapolitan (Napulitan) swatches. Holy shit. Thats all on that matter.

In my French Blues again today, blowing bubbles with the kids:

And my kids roll like I'd love to, in their pajamas all day on Sundays...lol

Hey Mike,

Steel is a dark gray, right?

And Navy Awning Stripe...what material is that? Linen as well?

Thanks, and nope, they're BB Peale. Got em during the semi annual sale for some ridiculous Kenneth Cole Mall price.

Agreed, that fit is great! Really nice with the sweater too.

Steel is a medium-light-ish grey. It's awesome. A guy bought a pair yesterday along with the Caine blazer. It's a cool way of doing the trad combo of a Navy jacket and grey pants, but with a unique fabric in trouser.

Mike, any idea when the Loro Piana jackets are coming in? Anxiously awaiting my special order.

Should I go ahead and order the trousers tomorrow or wait and hold them for the whole suit?

I appreciate the feedback. Coming from you, it's certainly confidence inspiring.

Yeah, I thought blue should be kept at a minimum, but figured that the particular shirt has enough white. I got my Koi print shirt the same day I picked up the French Blue chinos from the tailor, and put the two together at home just for fun. I knew I'd be mistaken for a Blue Man Group member had I left home with those two pieces on me. LOL!

Normally this would be too matched up, but the shirt has enough of a neutral ground that it looks great. And it's really freaking cute to be matched up with your kid. When I have a child someday, I'll need to buy something like 20 miniature Fred Perry polos for them to wear.

Thanks for the kind words Mike. I think I semi-consciously dressed my boy similar to what I was wearing. But I find it fun to have my son wearing similar clothes as me. It's probably just a father-son thing, but I've always enjoyed those occasions. smile.gif

I do the same thing, except fully conscious!
