where is the normal place to take a thigh measurement? if i lay the jeans flat and take a thigh measurement right under the crotch, it's 11.5". if i take it halfway between the crotch and the knee, it's 9.75". let me know if i'm not doing this right. i don't think the jeans are selvedge, here's a pic of the leg opening (ignore the washed out effect from the flash):

to make it easy,on the inside of the jeans where the pocket bags are, should say something along the lines of "made in the united states of america of the finest japan woven sevedge denim" at least thats what my indigo pair of rrls say

ah, that does make it easy, thank you. it does not say that on the inside. there is a size tag that says "Made in the USA" and 32/34, and also a care instructions tag.
