Have you guys heard about it? It's a convention where outstanding people give short presentations on different topics. Attendees are usually Nobel laureates and others who excel in their field. Just to name a few presenters: Al Gore, Bill Clinton, Bill Gates.

Lately I've been addicted to this site..check it out and watch at least a few presentations.

Yes, I'd definitely recommend downloading the podcasts there are several but it's worth the effort.

I was wanting to go but its invite only and like 6 grand. they had a teleconference in palm springs but it was a few grand as well...which is more than I would have spent.
