My Balmoral Boots - Page 47

NYC / Chicago members should know that Paul Stuart currently have their three balmoral boot colourways (black calf, brown calf, brown calf and green suede) all reduced to less than $400 a pair. Thankfully (sadly) they did not have any size 13s left when I went this afternoon. I'm not sure which factory makes them, but the soles read 'Made in England'.

Pics in!

As it was my first order i got some pretty basic captoes paterns, (yes they are Philipp II's)
i must say that i'm very happy with the results so far. (any comments about shape, it was a bespoke last and nothing to do with cliff in that regard.
Lasts: Bruce Miller.
Shoes: Cliff Roberts.

the shape kind of remind me of these lobbs (about 1/2 way down the page)

Wrigglez, These are magnificent just magnificent. I am looking forward to meeting Cliff later this month. I am in it for the boots though but these shoes look great. I have bespoke shoes from diferrent maker and they aren't as slick as some might want them but they are comfortable and that is what counts when I have to be on my feet all they long. By the way what color is this?

Awesomeness Wrigglez. I'm still planning a trip to see Bruce.

Can you elaborate on the fit? Any problems? Do the laces close all the way, and are they snug when they do?

Have you got the lasted shoe trees yet? How do they fit? Can we see pics?

Thanks heaps for pioneering this approach.

Stuart

Great job, the fact that you did this yourself make them all the better.
