They will not. Jackson Public and Doc Hammer have two panel discussions that were aired on adultswim.com last week or the week before (they my still be there) in which they stated they had to kill him because people liked them so much and they though it would be funny. Their rationale actually made a lot of sense when you hear it coming from them.

True, but Publick also said they're replacing him with a character who's basically the same guy, just with an easier voice to do.
