fighting sioux? what an end to regulation for UNH. as i type this, OT has not yet begun.

^yeah, well that didn't go to well... As I considered my original reply to H2F, I realized I shouldn't have been so nego on lax; both it and hockey are played by men firing hard rubber objects at and generally beating the shit out of one another with sticks. Peaceful games...

Ouch! Tough one for the Big Red to swallow. I feel bad for Tambroni and Mad Max. Tambroni's a great coach but he definitely mad some tactical errors during the final minutes. He left a TO in his pocket which the team coulda/shoulda used on more than one occasion.

^Very disappointing -- can't believe the Big Red couldn't hold on to the lead at the end. The commentators were right -- on the attempt to clear in the last minute, Cornell could have thrown the ball the length of the field. The scramble for the ball and the extra distance would have sapped enough time to prevent Syracuse from evening the score.
