Personally, I recommmend Corpus these days. Distinctive, still relatively unknow, and cool as hell cuts. Brian likes 5EP.
Yea well like I said to you I'm really warming up to Corpus. Going up to LA next friday and I may cop a pair. Still haven't decided over Blue Bloods though, it'll be nice to actually try on a couple pairs and make a decision. As for Nudie quality over PD&C, they are probably on par or worse, as far as the washed jeans go. The stitching is pretty flimsy at best, and the hardware pops off after 6 months to a year of wear. Of course, I still think they look really cool, so it might be worth it. Also, different washes are sort of hit and miss, even within their own model, since different washes of the same model are outsourced to different factories. For example, the Regular Ralf dry Selvage, Authentique Deluxe and Veggie Indigo are all made from the same denim which is considerably higher quality than, say, the Dry non-selvage or the Flare Glenn dry denim. As for Seven, have you seen the new men's A pockets with the "I'm a yuppie English punk" studs all over them? Grooooossss...
