I love my 5ep's, but sadly the fit is a bit off. I'm too damn lanky for them. I'm going to keep wearing them regardless because the denim is fantastic.

Dior 21's at 5 months, I'm getting close to washing them but I'd like to get as much contrast as possible before I do since it seems like Dior's don't fade much.

5ep straight raw. not the low down boot cut. The seat is cut pretty large and the back pockets are big, so unless your ass is huge, it will appear to be non-existant. This may be different if you size down. I wear a size 34/35 or so and got 34's. The thighs fit well and the cut from the knee down is totally straight. The legs are fine for me, even though I'd prefer a taper. The top block doesnt work well for me. They're designed for the more average guy, like drizzt, who I think they fit perfectly on. My APC NS fit far better, but I love the 5ep denim.

bigger sizes http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1295/...76966b86_o.jpg http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1130/...f0fc48df_o.jpg the contrast was adjusted a bit for the sake of trying to get the black color correct. the pics with no contrast adjustments are the detailed pics where the black (actual) turn out more grey. It fades to white, not grey. so it's a bit deceiving. I adjusted in an attempt to get it back to the correct color. These are ******* tough.

i recieved a pair today. And i agree one hundred percent with your observations. Im gonna keep them despite the top block, so i can gauge if the size when the new SF/5ep jean comes out later in the year.

Your observation about the pockets is dead on. I would nt have thought about it but your so right. The denim rivals my 45rpms...
