How do you mean: "Plus APCs sometimes don't settle down until after the first wash." ?

Just gave my LVC '47 a second wash, maybe nine months in. THey weren't looking too great after their first wash, for which I used Dr Bonners; a full on wash in regular non-bio did the tricks, though.

Photobucket has washed these out a little, the legs etc are a very dark blue.

And here are my 55, which I have swtiched to for a change. One wash, six months in:

Lastly, sizing comparison. 47, on the left, are a 34 waist; the 55 is a 32. Despite this, the 55 are bigger. Again, in the flesh the jeans are darker, the 55 fabric in partiuclar is a dark, inky blue.

I can't knock on the skinny look, but if that's his trouser snake showing through on that first pic, it has got to be wayyyy to tight.

Sammy USA - 16 months hard wear - lots of washes..

103 pigs - approx 6 months constant wear - still very dark with no washes, only a recent shower which brought out loads of dye and a mean set of combs!

Stop, you'll give him a boner, which is already evident in the pics provided. =\\

I agree with this. My ande's are just starting to get some character, a little over 2 months wear. Pictures coming after my exams. Crossing my fingers that I don't ACTUALLY have to wear business casual for my job this summer despite what the HR lady said. I'd be pretty bummed if I had to wear chinos 40 hours a week

They're starched so heavily that they often don't really drape properly until after a soak/wash.

Warning, large collage ahead!

Both of these are Dior 21cm, the first pair is 2yrs old with ~8 washes or so starting at 6 mos. The second pair are in the 8 month range and getting their first wash today.

The thing I've noticed with diors besides them fitting like butter is they don't fade much leading up to the first wash, after though they fade great. My favorite jeans ever.
