Ever tried Dryel? If it weren't so expensive I'd have tried it on a lot of things by now. I wonder how that would work on the smell and grunge buildup on jeans.

I use a steamer to clean mine. Hanging them up in your bathroom when you take a shower might work too.

j- i have used dryel before it's okay doesn't really help with really really grungy or deep stains it seems to work well with light surface dirt though it does give a bit of freshness to your denim but does leave a slight chemical smell/residue to the jeans but in a pinch, it's a decent alternative to use i am like sam though use a garment steamer on them works wonders and freshens them up well

Wow, so the very first wash you did was 1.5 months after wearing it? How did you wash it? Just a quick cold rinse in water, or a full-on, hotwater and detergent wash?

on average some 12 hours a day, everyday. I did some rubbing using not sandpaper, but a piece of dark denim. A slow process, but I fear I did it too much on the thighs

OK, these are my great shame....but dammit i love em too much to toss em. these mossimos have been on my legs consistently for about 6 years, washed a thousand times, worn right through the back from stepping on them too much...but what to do, they just so damn comfortable. maybe ill buy some denim from the market, take it to my three dollar pants tailor and have a pair made identical to them

Paper Denim & Cloth GTO 1-Year. Brand new, never worn; maybe I'll post updated photos after a few months of wear. Note that the flash makes the wash appear significantly lighter than it really is. The true color is not only darker but also more black than blue.

Wow, has PDC changed their rear pocket stitching? The J-stitch thingee seems to be a lot more obvious (cuts farther into the middle of the pocket). Oh, and those look nice. I recently got a pair of LTD's that look similar in wash.
