Yup, except for the over hard option. The yolks must be runny.

Every way, sans devilled. Does anyone know if eating eggs everyday (2) is unhealthy? The health experts seem to change their stance on this every few years.

Who cares, it's delicious and full of protein.

Mostly scrambled, with cheddar cheese in them.

Scrambled but not overdone like most 95% of people's eggs I encounter

I'm interested, from a cholestrol standpoint. Does anyone know? The last thing I read was that four eggs a week was fine (I think it was a British study). I make it a point to buy the omega-3 eggs, but I heard they are a waste of money.

As to the original question - I almost always order them over easy at restaurants. At home, I prefer them sunny side up.

Anyone have a good method for poaching? I tried the swirl method, and also the regular 1" of near boiling water in a non-stick frying pan, I got uniformly inconsistent results.
