The Mrs. and I are headed to The French Laundry in early May for phase one of our delayed honeymoon/match celebration. I've read that they have a twenty course tasting menu that can be requested instead of the standard nine courses. Has anybody done this, and if so how early did you have to request it? Would you recommend it over the nine course menu?
