wife makes it for me in the morning.

we have a good machine at work that grinds beans fresh instead of those damn pods and makes single cups of varying strenght. we use Gimme! Coffee which is excellent.

Some of the latest studies have concluded that coffee can help prevent kidney stones. If you have non-stupid nutrition you shouldn't be losing calcium because of coffee.

Black if its particularly good, a little sugar or splenda if it isnt. Anything else leads to catastrophe when the coffee truly kicks in.

i like my coffee like i like my women skinny and harmless

actually no, I don't... but a friend of mine said that (while referring to her taste in coffee and men)

I like my coffee with cream, sugar, and if i can afford it 2-3 shots of espresso... over ice if i haven't got the time.
