This same dope probably wears a sport jacket in the summer time and sports lots of linen (which is great, but expensive to care for). I can never understand why people like this spend so much time worrying about other people's preferences- it must be a exhausting, awful existence.

How is linen expensive to care for? I just wash my linen and hang dry it, then iron it. Just as I do my cotton pants and shirts. And except for the ironing part, just like my jeans.

If you dry clean then it's rather expensive. I was just trying to chose some examples of clothing that are not "practical" that many of us enjoy.
