I heard the game was sold out. Traffic was awful everywhere downtown because of it.

I wanted to go but I'm nearing the launch of a project at work.

I was genuinely shocked to see how well Seattle played out there.

Most MLS teams, let alone expansion teams, look like shit for 99% of the year. Seattle pressured, had crisp passing, and great finishing....and that was WITHOUT Freddie Ljumberg. Hopefully their performance wasn't a fluke...I'd love to see them do well.

Now, if only the Galaxy could get their shit together.

Loved every minute of the game. The crowd was great, the team played very well. I'm actually completely under-emphasizing how thrilled I am about this. It was a fucking great game.

My only concern was the defense's seeming trouble with clearing the ball out of the back.
