Want to stay fresher longer?
1)
Learn from the ladies. Shave your armpits.
Best to take the razor in the shower with you,
and very gently, with no more pressure than the weight of the razor,
shave those pits!
Do this gently, and under the running water,
and you'll get no razor burn.
Repeat every 3 days or so as required.
2)
After your (hopefully) daily shower,
use a NON-scented womens deodorent stick.
Apply normally.
then, with a piece of tissue,
wipe your pits.
This will remove excess deodorent, leaving a thin layer only.
Unless you are doing physical labour,
you'll make it through the day no problem.
3)
Remember...you are what you eat.
Tone down on curry & garlic.
a little of anything is fine,
but over-doing it with spices WILL make you smell stronger, especially your sweat.
You may be as happy as a pig in clover,
but your officemates will give you the signal...you know...that grimacing smile;
that one where their lips smile, but their eyes hate.
4)
Use NON-glycerine soaps.
'Natural' soaps are more pricey,
but are far safer on the largest organ of your body;your skin.
While in the shower,
use soap only on your armpits, genitals, feet & hair.
The rest of your skin, you need only a good face cloth of terrycloth material,
and rub away.
5)
Get one of those exfoliator thingys for your feet,
and get in the habit of exfoliating the thick skin of the soles of your feet at the heel.
That nasty old skin adds to stinky feet,
so attend to it.
6)
brush your teeth after meals.
It astounds me how many (especially younger) people don't brush their teeth!
Then they have the nerve to say they have an oral problem.
Well they sure do.
Its called Halotosis.
It's caused by laziness.
Oh? bleeding gums when you brush?
Well congratulations.
It may mean you have contracted Scurvy, a disease not seen in 300 years,
possibly because McDonalds and bags of chips have not met your body's daily requirement of Vitamin C (and others)
(...and if bleeding is the case...best get to a dentist.)
When brushing your teeth,
remember to brush your TONGUE too.
Things get crusted on your tongue just as they do your gums.
I actually (many mant years ago) had a friend who LOST his girlfriend,
because he refused to brush his teeth.
No, he wasn't going through hard times.
He was just plain lazy.
Never listened to me, but several years later, when he started getting root canal work done,
he sure changed his habits.
Don't let that happen to you.
Anyway...hope these few tips help.
Probably we all know them anyway...but you never know.
Always someone learning.
-Peace.
