Cut Ernest some slack. I know scores of people who've grown up speaking English who speak the same way.
Some US people speaking like me? Not possible.

Do yourself a favor, pickup something less awful. Get a Breitling or Patek Philippe. I use a gold Patek Philippe pocket watch that was a gift from my great grand mother to my great grand father. I beleive it was made in 1914.

This thread was dead for 3 years ('05-'08) then bumped by Manouche. Then, Uncaring bumps it 3 years after that in '11. See you mother fuckers in '14!

I planned to buy you a Rolex too. I guess I don't have to now.

+1, there are so many interesting watches out there, why follow the herd?
Everybody who recommends buying a Patek...if that brand were to become as ubiquitous as the Rolex, watch how most of you would instantly stop recommending it. Pathetic!

What a thread.

Ernest, Horace, LabelKing, plenty of RJman, a bit of Manton and even some Manouche.

Spoo, it is worth waiting for 2014 for this winner!
