Had the same barber since I was 13. CAD$25 for a cut, keeps getting slightly more expensive every time I go though.

$20 bucks including tip... but I go every week so it adds up

If I convert to USD, mine cost about $22. I wouldn't pay any more than that. I have short hair which is wavy, so all it needs is a little texturing and it's good to go with a bit of clay wax.

$14 at Great Clips. I hate going there, but I don't know where to go in a new city. I'm afraid I'll show up somewhere and get charged $100.

I always think...how hard can it be to cut short men's hair?

$43 + tip every 4-6 weeks.

I went through hell finding a decent stylist for a couple years, so I don't mind paying a little more.

If I went with a simpler cut I could get away with just seeing a barber, but my vanity precludes me from doing that just yet.

My stylist recently raised her prices from $40 to $45 =\\ I only go about once every 2 months -- I like getting my hair textured short, and letting it grow out choppy. Just bought a pair of thinning shears; if I master those, I might be able to cut down on the frequency of haircuts even more~ oh btw first post =)
