But there was a side effect that i cant remember.... i think it made my heart race or it made me sweat a lot... something like that. So i stopped using it.

Is there any side effects to taking Yohimbe or Maca? Like... it will desensitize your dick from getting naturally hard if you stop taking it. Better question does it make you want to have sex... or just give you an erection? This might not make sense to anyone, including my girlfriend, but when I get morning wood... sometimes I'm not interested in physically having sex... sometimes I just want an omlette. I get hard and I like the idea of sex, but at the same time I'm disinterested... so I bought Yohimbe. I'm only 25, maybe I'm bored. Is this a bad idea for me to be taking this?

I doubt that helps you though. Good luck.

These just thin the blood. High-altitude climbers use anhydrase inhibitors like acetazolamide (diamox), which ultimately quicken the pace of hematocrit development.

General circulation to any "extremity" is improved by cardio-vascular exercise, esp. weight bearing.

Sorry. Fish oil seemed to work without it, although I'm keeping it around just in case.

Most supplements are crap. The laws are such in this country that the meathead at the local vitamin and supplement shop can sell you a bottle of anything and claim it will do wonders for you. There is a large movement right now to force more regulation on the supplement industry, but it's hard to force change on one worth Billions.

If it's for 'that' purpose, then there's a lot of prescription stuff you can use. If you want a more natural approach look for ways to boost your testosterone. Here's a good link: http://www.timinvermont.com/fitness/boosttes.htm

Well when I was training hard in MMA, and taking lots of nitric oxide/l-arginine supplements, I noticed my veins popped up like roadmaps all over. I don't think it was from working out alone, as I worked-out before I took the supplements. I was also taking non-androgonic testosterone boosters that did not require any sort of "cycling". I suffered absolutely no side effects. I swear by products made by Maximum Human Performance.

I like to think I have a decent tolerance for bad taste, but I cant mix maca. Pill form only please. Maca is also great for working out. I honestly have not felt any significant sexual side effects. It makes you feel a burning inside of you, as if you just ate a lot of jalapenos.

Yohimbe makes my heart race. I feel very paranoid and unhappy when I take it. I've never taken a supplement that had such a potent effect on me, but nothing about it was good.

that's not good, i already have anxiety, and just stopped taking that medication. thanks for letting me know that. i'm going to take this back to gnc. they only carry this stuff online which is a mixture of maca and yohimbe but that sounds better than straight yohimbe i guess. http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp...33776&kwCatId=

The supplement that seems to work for me is either good porn or a visit to the gentleman's club.

so has anybody had any experience with supplements that help/affect this kind of stuff? i used to take nitric oxide back when i used to work out for a bit, but didn't really see that much difference, either in lifting or in bed (which was one of their claimed effects)

achieving better circulation comes from a variety of methods

first and foremost stop turning towards medicine to find an easy way around your problems. Your poor circulation is the result of many different things such as the lifestyle you lead, amount of sleep, diet, [lack] of active lifestyle, and stress.

it's not a quick process and it starts in the kitchen. Eat fruits and veggies, lean meats & fish, drink milk and get a lot of rest. Do this for a month and then come back with questions.
