Absolutely. I wasn't getting enough water or fiber last year. The results were chronic bouts of feeling backed up, which affected both my physique and my psyche. I felt terrible and bloated a lot of the time.

Drinking water throughout the day, getting more fiber, and a couple servings of a fiber supplement have me feeling like a different person. Of course, I've got to pee like I've got an enlarged prostate now.

Buy new laces at CVS for your white street sneakers. Chances are your laces have collected more dirt than your leather has.

+1 on the fibre intake (and the necessary amount of water to accompany the fibre).

you will look and feel like a new man if you can get a healthy bowel movement every day. i sh!t you not.

Hi
I'm new to this forum... so hi everyone
anyway I've always thought that smiling was a good psychological thing to do, for yourself and for others, and many people have described me as a 'smiley' person. However in the past a few people (including my ex wife admittedly) have told that my smile is too smug and I suppose that might have a negative effect! How do I know if my smile, which I assume to be genuine, is perceived by others to be smug!!??

Agree with the listening one as well... and the basic grooming :-)
