Anything but Carolina. It seems like it's all I can get in this part of Georgia, at least at the non-chain BBQ joints, and it's awful. Too watery, and the vinegar overpowers all of the flavors.

I believe in the power of Pork over Beef bbq

I do love the vinegar at times.

Over here you take what you can get (american BBQ wise at least)

Are we accepting that anything named BBQ qualifies?

Like American BBQ is long low indirect heat, whereas Korean is short high direct heat. In America it might be considered grilling.

Jerk would prob also be called grilling in da South.
