If you read the rules and followed them, then you wouldn't break them. As you had obviously planned, you were going to continue to "discount" a whopping 2% per bump of your thread. Oh boy, quite a discount scheme. This is exactly what is NOT needed on the board. I'd suggest you take the 10% off (minimum) route instead of bumping 5 times at 2%.
