Yeah, I was considering the PS, but I wear a 28 in NS. Is the sizing that much different on the PS? I'm thinking I should prob stick to my NS size?

i'd be more worried about the thighs.

I wear a 28.

Obviously, they won't have the extremely long inseam, but that's OK with me since I'm 5'6" anyway.

Thanks!

EDIT: I see that they're still under $400 (for some reason I thought I saw them at like $465 last time I was shopping), but would still like some other options to consider.

this is just hearsay, but I've read wings + horns jeans are similar.

the 21cm cut was based on apc new standard and the 19cm cut was based on apc new cure

OH NOW I'M CONFUSED

Prolly just order 1 pair of NC in 28 and 1 pair of PS in 28 and call it a day.

If you just want a 6.5 hem opening get apc pns and be done the extra thigh room is enough to not be too tight or baggy

I have just started building up my wardrobe so I need a blazer that I can wear to job interviews and for business casual. Does this look okay? The buttons are hidden when fastened and I am not sure if it is appropriate for formal occasions.

I have the measurements and the sleeves are way too long for me. When I have them tailored, the sleeves will be above level with the bottom of the blazer. Or was it designed to be significantly longer than the torso? Should I have my tailor leave the sleeves long?

If you're looking for a blazer to wear for biz cas or job interviews this is not the one. You don't want hidden buttons, and black isn't really a good color for your intended use. I would recommend going over to the Classic Menswear side of the forum they'll probably be of more help to you.

Can anyone suggest a jacket similar to the Epaulet Eisenhower that goes for under €200?

Ok a mega-noob question:

(Edit)

I usually buy size 44/11 sneaks, size 43.5/10.5 lace-ups and boots but notice a loose fit. I measured my feet in cm during late afternoon and got 27.5cm length and 10.5cm width. Does this make me a size 42/9 or 43/10? shog[1].gif

Thanks. I suppose that blazer is casual only then?

I have two pair of distressed boots by John Varvatos. Should I condition the leather? Or would that "un-distress" the leather? Should I condition them after every wear or infrequently if I want to retain the distressed look?

You start off using US shoe sizes, then report your cm measurements but mistakenly list it as an inch measurement, then you ask your question in EU size? baldy[1].gif

just go to a shoe store and measure your foot in one of those silver things that tells you your size (brannock device)

Haha sadly not trolling, indeed I got my measurements woefully mixed up. Fixed. I think the confusion is that I'm a 43/10 in some shoes, 43.5/10.5 in others and 44/11 in others. Then someone recommended me based on my measurements that I should get a certain pair at 42/9. I get that I'll be a different fit for different shoes but now I'm questioning my starting point (which used to be 44/11).
