Nope. $200 is a cheap leather jacket no matter what way you look at it. Unfortunately the only brand I can personally recommend is TOJ, but that's 3.5 times your price range. Quite frankly all other designer leathers I've seen run 1-2k+, TOJ is a relative bargain. I don't know who the players are in the low to mid tier leather jacket game, sorry.

Yeah I figured as much. Thanks for the help though.

If anyone else knows a thing or two about lower price leather jackets, basically I'm looking for something exactly like this

Hi all! I opened this thread (http://www.styleforum.net/t/319887/mtm-suits-what-should-i-must-know) cause in the next weeks I'm planning to get my first MTM jacket. I'm not sure if it's right to say MTM or Bespoke, cause I can't find the difference in spanish. So I was asking what I should know before buying this jacket. 

 

I want something casual, something that I could use with jeans. As far as I've been reading the forum I was getting and idea of what to ask for in certain things, for example shoulders, I would like to go with natural shoulders. But for example lapels, I don't know what kind of lapels would be desirable or the proper ones for a casual jacket (also one jacket that I could use with dress trousers), what fabric, the pockets and all that stuff. 

 

It would be good if you can give my a hand with these things in order to have a great experience from this jacket.

I'm looking for a dufflecoat-style overcoat with some kind of big furry neck lining. Anyone have anything like that in their wardrobe to show off, or know of any good options out there?

A shearling coat. Simple, heavy, dark and a bit edgy, green maybe. USA or european made. Under $2k. thanks.

An olive colored, colder weather coat, probably barbour, that would go with my style of button downs/raw jeans/clarks desert boots?


I'm lost because I'm unsure about the classic barbours because of their collars and probably want something with not bent-over collar if that makes sense

I also have a peacoat for when it's extra cold but looking for something in between

Looking for a cold weather boots. I have bean boots an I have leather Chelsea boots. Looking for maybe a danner or wolverine boot, fit my style of raw denim, button downs and chunky sweaters. Thank you

Probably doable with the right information, like budget, location, and physical dimensions.
