Ultimate noob thread - recommend me X in my wardrobe - post questions here please. - Page 310

I am looking for suggestions on some sneakers or casual shoes that would go well with a navy pair of chinos and some button downs.

Specifically, the following look:

I assume white would be the best look. I don't want to spend 300+ on some CP's, regardless of how good they are. I generally wear

dress shoes each day as I have a job that requires it, so these sneakers would be only for certain casual fridays and perhaps on weekends.

Thanks!

^I went with these but more SF approved ones would be Svennson, SeaVees, Spring court, and Supergas.  Or you could buy some white chucks or German GATs.

Can anyone reccomend me some slim wallet or pouch or card holder that is under $50?

I'm not really looking to spend lots of money on a wallet or pouch or card holder, but I need something that's small/slim given that most of my chinos are on the slim side. I just need something to hold my credit card, drivers license, and a few small things. Need to replace my wallet, which is on the bulky side.

Thanks!

is anybody familiar with Brioni's leather goods? I'm looking for a card holder/front pocket wallet but don't really trust the luxury brands that much? What else is good other than Bottega Veneta?

I need a sweater or two. Since I've started updating my wardrobe, I kinda completely neglected sweaters, and all I have are 2 Jcrew slim fit navy sweater. They are nice and decent quality, but I need one or two more in other colors, especially since winter will be here soon in Colorado.

It needs to be something which is slim fitting and can be worn over a dress shirt, and often with a tie and some nice dress shoes. It's my favorite look, so I often dress that way and need sweaters that complement that look.

Prefer < $200, though < $100 would be even better.

EDIT: I know Wolf vs Goat is releasing a lavender striped sweater soon ($200ish) so I may be holding out for that also.

Anything similar? (The AA ones do not quite fit the bill)

Looking for a neutral winter coat, sub $200.  Has to be able to survive NY winter with layering.
