Any recommendations for a denim jacket?

Looking for something modern, darker in color, fairly lightweight, I guess kinda in between a shirt and jacket. Also, under $100 would be great.

Same. Looking for a denim jacket sub $100. Doesn't need to be raw, would prefer it not to be actually.
Looking at the Levi's but not sure what washes is most versatile?

If I go Levi's seems that the Slim Fit Trucker will be my choice. Most versatile wash?

I'm on this tip too... except I am looking for something with a "mandarin" style collar (not sure of correct term... a collar that goes straight up rather than flipping over).

Doesn't need to be under $100 tho.

Hello all, I'm as noob as they come when it comes to fashion so please bear with me, but I realize I do need to start trying to address that, so I have come to do some homework. I'm mid 20's and a little taller than average, somewhat slim build if that matters. (6'4" 185lbs)

What I am looking for is a pair of dress shoes, or semi dress type shoes, that I can wear with jeans instead of my runners. Something to 'dress up' a pair of jeans if that makes sense. I don't have a ton of money, but don't mind spending ~$200 on a decent quality pair of shoes that will last me a while. Could anyone make some suggestions, or better yet post some example pictures of what would be acceptable and fashionable? I don't want to be on the bleeding edge of fashion, because I know I will never be able to stay there, but something nice, that won't be out of style in 6 months would be great.

I'd try Crumpler at http://www.crumpler.com/AU/Casual-and-Messenger-Bags/Messenger-Bags.html  for Messenger Bags

Thanks.

You can usually score 20%-30% off of most items on Levis.com by signing up for their mailing list and watching out for sales. The Slim Fit models still seem to be pretty roomy, so I'd size down. I think the raw is the most versatile, but that's me.

@VLSI

I have some good experiences with the knitwear from svensson. The sweaters are ~175$ but they also have a sale section with very good prices. However, I don't know if they will also ship to the USA.
