Dumbass, read the fucking article before you sound anymore stupid. FSU turned themselves in. The NCAA had no idea of the violation and acknowledged that no one in the administration knew of it.

^ my mistake. didn't read the article. it was late, had too many cocktails and assumed FSU was caught for the usual violations.
