I am going to have to speak about this with FOK.

I have a good source saying it might be an affiliate who's ratting out it's own peoples.
If this is true I will switch to an different kind of discount and offer a really cool thing Fok came up with.
Unreal.

We could change the SF discount's name to 'la cosa nostra'.

this is getting ridiculous. its better to just black list jerks then make all good people suffer. so yeah if you and fok comeup with something great. if not retailers should just deny all returns unless store credit. this is a problem for the buyer but the affiliates are not playing smart either.

praise to you mauro ... hope your "globetrotting" was eventful!!!

No upside for retailers. People will just lie about the reason, but they will still return the item and badmouth the retailer for such a policy.

Its bad.
I just don't get it.

Mauro, what exactly happened with context cash? It seems like that model of "discount" would be the least offensive to manufacturers.

^^ that is correct pete. I would give you a tee shirt but that would be a discount.

warlock- they feel a discount is a discount. I love contexts system as a retailer. They want to develope a relationship with their customers > They dont want the " I am looking for the cheapest price guy".
The context kids are cool people as is Atusi and my partners SECERT SERVICE.
However there are some that are suspect. I would love a cage match with the rat.

It's probably Michael J Krell. LET'S GET HIM!!!! Just kidding, obviously. Do other retailers and labels get upset at stores like Revolve that always have a 15-20% discount floating around in addition to 30% first timer?
Dude, What a plot twist that would be, SF screwed over by one of its own affiliates. If your suspicions are confirmed, I hope you rat them out so we can collectively spend our money anywhere but there. Or PM me if you don't want it stated publicly.

While I do feel a discount is a discount, under no circumstance would I go bragging about it. First of all, people retailers would be pissed, second of all, its my secretly guarded knowledge, the ability to buy 500$ pieces at 400$. Lastly, the people, like Mauro, who offer the lowest prices are usually the good guys anyway so...

I feel like we're on a witch hunt now, and it's still possible none of the affiliates are to blame. Let's hold off on pointing fingers, don't you think?
Assuming it's not some retailer making it up to do away with competition discounts, and is actually real people doing it, do you figure it's the same dude who did it with EG?

it could be bigger than this forum.
which if any Major want to go toe to toe bring your days are numbered!

I agree we should leave the affiliates alone.
