I don't have any desire to argue with you. The OP can (and will) make his own decision on how to deal with his problem. I gave my opinion (from experience, research, and discussion with others in the past - although I readily admit this was years ago). You seem to have a scientific background and you might be right on some of your points. Hopefully the OP can use whatever he has read to guide him to do the research for himself and find a way to improve his condition.

Eh it could be because of nervousness and the other stuff said.

How sweaty is "Sweaty palms". Cause I have sweaty palms to, not to the point where I would do anything about it. Try to notice if you keep your hands clenched into a fist when you walk around or sitting down or whenever. I noticed when my hands are clenched that my hands sweat alot more.

Also do you use a laptop. If so alot?

Thanks for all the help guys.its not like they are always sweating,and when they do they are not dripping wet.I just hate it because when I shake hands.Also for the last post.I use my laptop a decent amount.
