Light jog 2mile

Sun
Light jog 2 mile
Abs

For the abs i try to stick to around 200-300 crunches. Im just curious if this will burn me out quickly or what..

if by 'toned' you mean visibile muscles etc etc, then I would be more worried about your diet, than exercising. Use a low cal diet, with high intensity circuit training (and some cardio for variety).
