It is in perfect working condition, and has some minor scratches on the back caused by the incase slider case. also a two tiny .5 cm hairline scratches on the side of the screen that u can't see unless the screen is off and u are looking for it. If you paid retail for everything (touch, case and protectors), it would cost 480.00, keep that in mind (plus all of the music). I also have some in ear Bose headphones that short out every once in a while that I am selling with them for an additional 25.00 if you want.

no, thats not the case. You don't have to reformat it, but like I said, you dont have to pay for the tunes. I will sell the thing, with case, protector, and bose in ear headphones for a flat 400.00....jackass. Why wouldn't someone want my music, its awesome and I have put a shit load of work into that collection. you sound a little slow.
