anybody looking for the same style at a lower price can find it at CT, although the quality is obviously a step down also.

The shirts are excellent quality. I have 5-6 and they are my go to. I'll be getting a few more in the coming weeks.

Just got another pair of VBC flannel pants. Great quality and prefect for the coming winter!

Website is not working for me either. Phone or computer!

I had picked up several pairs of the flannel trousers early this season. Been waiting for the restock since last winter. Couldn't be happier with them.

Beware of Howard Yount - I think this styleforum site is great, I saw this Howard Yount on here so assumed they'd be reputable. I purchased some pants, they are awesome, prob is they do not fit as there sizes seem to run about 1 1/2 inches small. I've been emailing this Jamiston weekly but don't get any response. Just went into paypal and filed a dispute. Wanted to give everyone a heads up so they don't get dupped on this Howard Yount site.

No offense, but you are not necessarily credible.

You are correct, I'm just a costumer from the Howard Yount site.

For creditability I've added my receipt for my avatar to prove I have purchased from Howard Yount.

The pants are awesome and I would have ordered several more pair if they would have gotten back to me.

Now that I've been jacked around by these guys, I want to make sure other know how they treat people as the posts about them are very missleading.

Howard yount is a one man operation.

It can get dicey at times but Jamison does the best he can.

If you dont have patience its not the brand for you.

I only like to purchase from reputable places with costumer support. Many places I shop I'll pay the extra because of the customer service.

Patients was the first couple weeks with no response, now I'm feeling scammed. You are correct, without customer support this is not the place for me.

Sean, you don't need to do this.  I raised an issue in here once, having had similarly slow communications over an order.  You're right,. it's inefficient sometimes.  But why screw the guy?  Do you really think he's cheated you because your trousers didn't fit?  Maybe send them back and ask for a bigger pair?  No, the reply is slow coming, and so you take back your money by the power of Lord PayPal, and hang a black mark on his account that you know he can't do much about.  And what did you do wtih the trousers?

The thing is, I know that it gets frustrating when service is slow.  I send a couple of irritated emails to Jamison over something too, on my only ever order, because it hadn't shown up and I had no idea what was happening.  But I didn't call up my card company and accuse him of cheating me, because it wasn't true.  It could have been but, I gave him the benefit of the doubt for a while.  I'd expect the same if the boot was on the other foot.  When I queried the lack of response in this thread, Mr Claghorn of this parish, a regular customer, had some sensible words: sometimes Mr Stoltz gets a bit snowed under, but there's never been an issue he's failed to resolve.  So I held my tongue a bit, against my baser urges to slander the man.  And it worked out.

Maybe, instead of trying to wreak some mighty vengeance for your disappointing waist measurement, you could just send him another email, withdraw your complaint on PayPal, and give the guy a chance to put things right before you decide he's trying to rob you and tell the world as much.  Sure, slow service is irritating.  But accusing a small businessman of fraud because he's slow answering his mail. is pretty wrong.  Take a breath, be cool, make friends.  And stick around here, it's oddly entertaining. :)

Unlike most pants, Howard Yount's pants aren't vanity-sized. Try mailing him the pants back with a note.
