I think this is a common refrain here, but I just received the dark camel lambswool cardigan and wanted to say that the photo on the site does not do the color justice at all. It really is very deep and beautiful.

I'm sure we don't know, but has anyone heard anything about the timing of fall/winter pants release? Particularly Made in the USA stuff.

What are you asking about re: F/W pants? There are a lot of them on the site now (added maybe a couple of months ago), heavy flannels, lambswool and tweeds...

Well, unless I'm missing something, there are no USA made f/w pants. Just wondering if any would show up. The italian cut is way too slim for me.

Oh wow, thanks a ton. Because they weren't labeled USA on the main shopping page (as the tropicals are), I totally missed it. Really appreciate the help.

The moleskins, lambswool flannels, and 8-wale corduroys are also all made in USA.

Does anyone have any reliable information on HY sizing? I usually wear between a 36 and a 37 in waist. I ordered 38s just to be safe and they were WAY too small. Wondering what size I should get.

you know HY has a chart with measurements for each style? visible once you click on a pair and browse through the pics....

you need to note which are American made and which are Italian made

I am 6'1 190 and go true to size in the American pattern but tried my size in the Italian made and could hardly get them over my legs

Yeah it was, apparently, not accurate for what I ordered.

Ah this must be it. I got the Italian made. I am almost the exact same height/weight as you.

Anyone have a direct email for someone at HY?  I made an order (my first) 25 days ago, and got no confirmation and nothing received, yet payment was processed.  I sent an enquiry through the online contact form, but again, not even an automated email acknowledgement.  Any clues?

Mimo, it's a long process when something doesn't end up working right in the HY's logistics. For what it's worth, nobody has ever gotten screwed in the end.

Generally, packages I've ordered internationally arrive after 2-3 weeks. Sometimes I get shipping confirmation, sometimes I don't. Provided you only have to go through this hassle one in every ten purchases (generally unacceptable), it's still worth it.
